The publication Resonant Histories: India and the Arab World revisits encounters between India and the Arab world in the twentieth century that continue to shape artistic and intellectual discourse today. Bringing into dialogue the collections of the Barjeel Art Foundation and the Jehangir Nicholson Art Foundation, the publication explores modern art as a network of exchanges and mutual influences across time and place.

The publication features Mohammed Kazem's work Windows (p. 160) and includes the essay Makers of Cities: Mohammed Kazem's Dubai and Sudhir Patwardhan's Mumbai by Vivek Gupta. It also includes The Right to Not Mind My Own Business, a conversation between curator Iaroslav Volovod and artist Vikram Divecha.

Edited by Puja Vaish, Suheyla Takesh, and Sultan Sooud Al Qassemi, the volume features contributions by Nadine Nour el Din, Patrick Kane, Vivek Gupta, Neha Vora, Amal Allana, Iaroslav Volovod, Rasha Alduwaisan, Deepak Unnikrishnan, and Bhoomika Ghaghada.
