Organised by Bread and Salt Project, this exhibition features works by Nargess Hashemi, Parvaneh Etemadi, Farah Ossouli, Rozita Sharafjahan and Golnaz Taheri to highlight how Iranian women positioned and adapted themselves in a society which was rapidly changing post-1979 Islamic Revolution. The works carefully survey elements from history, culture, tradition, environment and urbanisation, both in their homeland and in the west.
