Romper o dia, crack of dawn: A Solo Presentation of Works by Tatiana Chalhoub at Carpintaria

Fortes D’Aloia & Gabriel presented Romper o dia, crack of dawn, a solo exhibition by Tatiana Chalhoub, on view from 23 March to 18 May 2024. Marking the artist’s first solo exhibition in São Paulo, the show brought together paintings, ceramic collages, and textured reliefs exploring nature, materiality, and the unpredictability of artistic process. Through fragmented forms, layered surfaces, and fluid, aquatic tones, Chalhoub evokes the contrasts of daybreak, balancing darkness and light, fracture and transformation.
